The M&M Professional Dual Zone Electric Griddle MM 7 is outfitted with cast iron cooking surfaces and stainless steel body. It is ideal for  cooking a wide variety of foods fast and easy due to it's high output heating elements. There are 2 independent cooking areas controlled by 2 different temperature control thermostats for maximum versatility. The device is also equiped with one removable drip tray for effortless cleaning and a second one for food storage and warm up.
